Everyone has been so responsive and professional

We recently moved into Kaiana Meadows in Monroe, WA. We purchased a new home and have been overly pleased. From the builder to the site manager everyone has been so responsive, professional and attentive to our concerns. Every issue we have had with our new home (that is expected to occur) has been addressed to our satisfaction. We have owned 5 other homes in our lifetime and by far this has been our best experience with any old or new home. We cannot endorse Sapphire and their team enough.
